Do you offer stock plans, or only custom work?
Both. We publish a catalog of pre-drawn home plans organized into seven collections (cottage-and-bungalow through Italianate/Greek Revival), each with elevations, floor plans, and a complete plan-package PDF. We also take on custom residential commissions when the project calls for it.
What does master planning include?
We work as Town Architect for new and existing communities — TND master plans, smart-code consulting, design guides governing facades, and town-architecture reviews throughout build-out. Engagements run from single charrettes to decade-long retainers.
Do you take on commissioned watercolor illustrations?
Yes — for architects preparing charrettes, developers marketing communities, and homeowners commissioning art. We create architectural illustrations from photographs, plans, or imagination.
What regions do you serve?
The studio is in Flowood, Mississippi. Active project work has spanned Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, and Montana — broadly the Southeast and Mountain West.
How are projects priced?
Stock home plans are sold per-license. Custom architecture, master-planning, and watercolor commissions are scoped per engagement — pricing depends on scale and the deliverable. Reach out and we'll send a proposal.
